Frequently asked questions
What counts as a request?
Every API call made with your key counts as one request, including calls that return an error. The counter resets every day at 00:00 UTC.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
You can upgrade at any time. The new plan is applied as soon as your payment is confirmed. To downgrade or cancel a paid plan, contact us.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
You will receive a 429 rate limit response. Upgrade your plan or wait for the daily reset at midnight UTC.
Is there a monthly limit?
Only on the Free plan: up to 2,000 requests a day and 14,000 a month, counted per calendar month in UTC. The monthly limit applies from 1 November 2026 and resets on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC. Paid plans have only a daily limit and no monthly cap.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Contact us and we can set up a trial period to test higher request limits.
